Shake: 400 ml air + 3 scoop F1 + 1 scoop F3
Air 2L


Lunch:
Mee Hoon Soto
300 ml air + teamix
Air 2L


Dinner:
Shake: 400 ml air + 2 scoop F1 + 1 scoop F3
Air 1L
