Mahu kurus....

Sekarang badan tgh membina dgn sihat...ada 7 bulan lagi...nak bina badan mmg senang...banyakkan input...
duk memikir2...apa nak buat lepas 7 bulan lagi....biar jadi cam ni...

kurangkan input...adeh...itu yg susah..gambar ni was back to 2005...berat?? 55 kg...boleh lagi pakai heel hantaran kawen...

cmno kengkawan?

dulu time dlm pantang, pakai gak sauna tu... tp xmembantu sgt la (sbb xtahan panas.. paling lama pon 15min je duduk dlm tu)...
yg NR tu insya-Allah membantu.. sbb senang nk membuang.. heheh =p..

sekarang aku tak makan nasi...hehe..paling kurang teringin sangatpun sebualn sekali jer tapi benda lain makan la...alhamdulillah..berat turun jugak walaupun lambat..nak gi exercise mmg tak sempat jd terpaksa control makan...tak per..mu bina badan dulu...lepas dah bersalin nnt leh la start kuruskan badan..hehe..take care dear..
